Presenter

Rasheedah AjibadeMrs. Rasheedah Ajibade is the program development director for Memorial Community Development Corporation, a small non-profit in Evansville, Ind. She began her career at Memorial in 2010 as the childcare director. In that role, Ajibade discovered her gift for developing ideas into viable programs and writing grant proposals. She has launched seven youth programs, secured more than $2 million in public, private, and state funding for housing, commercial, youth, and child developments. Ajibade earned her master’s degree in public service administration from the University of Evansville, Evansville, Ind., in 2011 and her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern Indiana, Evansville, in 2004.
